Refund Policy

At Elohim CRTV, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help

Returns

• Eligibility: You may return most new, unused items within 40 days of delivery for a full refund.

• Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, unworn or unused, with tags (if applicable).

• Non-returnable items: Sale items, custom-made products, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at orders@elohimcrtv.com with your order number and details.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
